PWC have produced a report on Talent Mobility looking at emerging trends and what they mean for resourcing strategies and how they should be aligned with the business strategy, plans and focus.
Their report is based on information gathered from 900 companies that were asked about their assignment trends over the last 20 years. In addition, they have drawn results from their annual global CEO survey, PWC’s 2011 survey of millennials, which resulted in 4,300 responses and interviews with PWC talent mobility specialists.
Their findings show that there are significant changes ahead and will cause for a rethink of how talent and mobility is managed moving forward.
